ONLINE APPLICATION
Our Online Application Service is designed to make it as easy as possible
to invest in the Manor Park Fund of your choice*. This service may only
be used by intermediaries acting on behalf of clients, professional investors
or clients of authorised intermediaries. Applications not meeting this
criteria will be rejected.
Once the Investor's details are entered on the Online Application Form
you can print off an accurate and complete paper Application Form ready
for signing and mailing to us.
- When you complete the Online Application Form the details you enter
will be passed into the Manor Park Administration system allowing us
to provide you with ongoing information as to the status of your Application.
- Shortly after we receive your application details via the Internet
we will acknowledge receipt.
- Thereafter we will notify you when we receive the signed Application
Form, the investment money and any other documents that are required
to complete the application procedure.
- Please note that Manor Park reserves the right to refuse applications
and to close or cancel the subscription list for a particular sub-fund
at any time prior to the intended investment date for that sub-fund.

STEP ONE
COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
- Click on the "Online Application"
in the SITE INDEX or click the thumbnail picture of the application
form above and then fill in all the sections of the Application Form
that are applicable. The Terms and Conditions of Application are detailed
on the2nd page of the Application Form that you will print. Please
note that we do require an email contact address and a phone number
for either the Investor or the Investment Advisor so that we can provide
you with details of the Application (See our
privacy statement for further information).
- Click on the Print Form button to display a completed Application
Form and send the completed details electronically to Manor Park.
- Click on the OK button when the "Print" dialogue
is shown or press Ctrl and P on your keyboard in order
to print the completed Application Form.
STEP TWO
SIGN AND MAIL THE PRINTED APPLICATION FORM
- Each of the holders must sign the printed Application Form.
- The printed Application Form should be mailed to:

STEP THREE
ARRANGE TO SEND THE INVESTMENT MONEY
Investments can be made either by a cheque mailed with the Application
Form or by electronic Bank-to-Bank transfer.
- Cheques should be made payable to the BNP Paribas Trust Company (Guernsey)
Ltd re:Manor Park Guaranteed Investment Funds Ltd.
Further details are provided on the 2nd page of the printed Application
Form.
- The procedure for Bank-to-Bank electronic transfer is also provided
on the 2nd page of the printed Application Form.
